German Käsespätzle

Yesterday, Germany had their National Night with Sweden, and the German delegation prepared a full lunch meal for everyone at camp! They made a delicious dish called Käsespätzle (we think this is how it is spelled), and here are a few snap shots from the preparations:

The dish consists of noodles, onion and cheese (and perhaps some secret ingredients).

We loved the lunch so much, and of course we want to share it with you! Here is a recipe we found online, please give it a try! Käsespätzle noodle caserole recipe
